CrossFit involves constantly varying functional exercises. This constantly provides new stimuli to which our bodies adapt, making us fitter.
But don’t worry: even though the exercises and intensities vary from day to day, a structured plan and the option to adapt each exercise to your current fitness level or any physical limitations means that your body will not be overwhelmed and you will certainly not get bored.
Despite the often high intensity of the exercises, the technique and quality of the movement always take priority. Our coaches support you in this and guide you step by step at your own pace through the exercises so that you can train for a long time and stay healthy. Functional training and exercise will help you in your everyday life and literally make it easier for you because you will become stronger.
Many of our exercises can be found in everyday life: from simply sitting down and standing up, picking up objects to heavy physical work in the garden or at work – the list is endless. CrossFit can help you overcome the hurdles of everyday life with more strength and good technique, thereby doing something for yourself and your health in the long term.
