CrossFit involves constantly varying functional exercises. This constantly provides new stimuli to which our bodies adapt, making us fitter.

But don’t worry: even though the exercises and intensities vary from day to day, a structured plan and the option to adapt each exercise to your current fitness level or any physical limitations means that your body will not be overwhelmed and you will certainly not get bored.

Despite the often high intensity of the exercises, the technique and quality of the movement always take priority. Our coaches support you in this and guide you step by step at your own pace through the exercises so that you can train for a long time and stay healthy. Functional training and exercise will help you in your everyday life and literally make it easier for you because you will become stronger.

Many of our exercises can be found in everyday life: from simply sitting down and standing up, picking up objects to heavy physical work in the garden or at work – the list is endless. CrossFit can help you overcome the hurdles of everyday life with more strength and good technique, thereby doing something for yourself and your health in the long term.

Some of us at welldone CrossFit have been practising the sport for more than 10 years and, after trying out several other sports, have found our passion here. We want to share this enthusiasm for the sport with you and pass it on to you. We want to support you in becoming or staying fitter and healthier.

We want to give you the best time of your day, sweating it out with friends and forgetting the stress of everyday life. At the end of each class, just tell us: are you welldone or ‘well…done!’?

WOD steht für Workout Of the Day – dies umfasst den Ablauf unseres gemeinsamen Trainings und beeinhaltet neben dem abschließenden Workout auch einige Aufwärmübungen sowie einen Skill- und oder Kraftteil.

Training with us ‘in the box’ is different from training in a gym.

You won’t find any traditional equipment here, and there’s no 3-4-5 split training plan, just a large area for training. Training takes place in small groups of no more than 12 people under the guidance of a qualified trainer.

This means that we offer close supervision throughout the entire training session – from learning the individual movements to support and correction during training and beyond. It’s like personal training in a larger group, which boosts your motivation and helps you stick with it.

We believe that CrossFit is a good investment in your body and your health.
What is your health worth to you?

The answer is simply: YES! At first, everything was unfamiliar to us too, but you’ll be surprised at what you and your body are capable of under the guidance of a trainer. Each training session can be tailored to your individual needs, so that by the end of the session you’ll already be looking forward to the next one.

The requirements are simple: register with us and come by, we’ll take care of the rest 🙂

The barrier to entry for a CrossFit workout is very low.

The CrossFit philosophy is that everyone – regardless of their fitness level – should be able to participate in the WOD (Workout of the Day). To achieve this, we use so-called ‘scaling options’ – this means that we reduce the complexity of individual exercises without losing sight of the original purpose of the movement, e.g. strengthening a specific muscle group.

‘Form follows function’ – the shape of the body will adapt to its function. We won’t be able to prevent your muscles from growing a little – and that’s a good thing, because strong muscles are your guarantee of good health into old age.

There is no age limit at CrossFit, and we would be delighted to see older members training with us!

CrossFit WOD

Our CrossFit course consists of a short but specific warm-up to activate the cardiovascular system and warm up and mobilise muscles and joints. This is followed by the so-called skill section, which focuses on a specific exercise or sequence of movements. Then comes the actual workout, followed by some stretches as a cool-down.

Weightlifting

In our Weightlifting course, you will have the opportunity to learn the techniques and movements of Olympic weightlifting in a more specific and intensive way than in CrossFit classes. Our weightlifting coach Erik – a former member of the national youth team and 1st Bundesliga weightlifter – will share his experience with you.

Endurance meets Mobility

The name says it all! In this class, we start with 35 minutes of endurance training – whether it's long, sweaty AMRAP in CrossFit style, a mash-up of cardio equipment and isometric exercises, or steady loads in the GA2 range – we definitely want to warm up properly so that we can then expand our active range of motion – both with dynamic stretches and active mobilisation.

HYROX

This course combines endurance and strength training into a unique challenge that will put your fitness to the test. You will go through various stations that will push both your physical and mental limits. Perfect for all fitness levels, this course will take your performance to a whole new level.

CrossFit Kids

Like many other sports, CrossFit naturally depends on motivated young talent. With our CrossFit Kids Classes for different age groups, we offer an attractive alternative to traditional children's gymnastics, football clubs or other popular activities. We teach movement sequences in a playful way, encouraging and challenging the kids to surpass themselves with new exercises.

Team-WOD

CrossFit is community-based – we come to the box to learn together with our usual suspects, fight our inner demons together, and master new challenges. We want to celebrate all of this in our weekly partner workout. Teamwork makes the dream work! Starting now, every Sunday at 12 noon – well done, partner WOD!

Weekly overview

Our current course offerings are as follows:
From Monday to Friday, we offer an early bird class at 6 a.m. – you can also train in the open gym at the same time. From 12 noon, the day continues with a lunchtime class. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, further classes take place at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., and on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
On Saturdays, we start at 11 a.m. with the CrossFit class, followed by our HYROX class at 1 p.m. On Sundays, we look forward to welcoming you to the partner workout, where we work through the workouts in teams of two. Our HYROX classes are currently held on Monday afternoons at 12 p.m., Wednesday evenings at 6 p.m. and, as mentioned, Saturdays at 1 p.m.

I’m Janis, 32 years old, family man and CrossFit Level 1 trainer.

After 25 years in various handball halls and 15 years in competitive sports, I discovered CrossFit as my new passion in 2018.

I’m Jeannine, 46 years young and CrossFit-positive for two years now. I’ve always done some kind of sport, but never as consistently and passionately as I do now.

Hello everyone,

My name is Erik, and I am delighted to introduce myself as your new weightlifting coach. My passion for the sport began at the age of 10, and at 13 I celebrated my first major success as German youth champion.

At 17, I was selected for the German youth national team, and a year later I had the privilege of competing in the first Bundesliga. These experiences have shaped me not only athletically, but also personally.

I look forward to sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for weightlifting with you and accompanying you on your journey to new successes. Here’s to an exciting time together!

Nach dem Studium der Humanmedizin und dem Umzug nach Berlin habe ich eine neue sportliche Herausforderung gesucht und diese in einer der vielen CrossFit-Boxen Berlins gefunden. Seit fast 10 Jahren bin ich diesem Sport nun treu, mit all den Höhen und Tiefen die das Sportler-Leben manchmal so mit sich bringt.

Als Fachärztin für Anästhesie wird mir in meinem medizinischen Alltag zu oft bewusst, wie wichtig Sport und Ernährung für die Prävention von Krankheiten sind. Deshalb möchte ich dir bei welldone CrossFit Spaß an der Bewegung vermitteln, damit du gesund durch’s Leben gehst.

Going to McFit with a parental consent form when the logo was still a funny banana – that was probably the start of all my subsequent forays into various strength sports such as bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman until I experienced my first CrossFit workout in 2014.

At @berlin_strength, I met Jenny and Matthias, who opened their own box @evope_europe shortly afterwards and accompanied me as I got started in CrossFit.

Both during my time at Evope and later at @crossfitaorta, I greatly appreciated the spirit, the community and the supportive camaraderie in pushing our own physical limits together, and I look forward to contributing to an open, supportive atmosphere and lively community at welldone.
